1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on phfun.com, form the entire agreement between you and phfun.com regarding your use of the platform.

1.2 By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using phfun.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

1.3 phfun.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

2.3 Verification. phfun.com reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who are on any exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR are not eligible to register or use phfun.com.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) phfun.com account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phfun.com is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfun.com login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phfun.com will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.4 Account Suspension. phfun.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet verification requirements.

3.5 Non-Transferability. phfun.com accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phfun.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your phfun.com account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

4.4 KYC Verification. phfun.com may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on phfun.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phfun.com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

5.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

5.4 phfun.com's Discretion. phfun.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. phfun.com's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play. All games on phfun.com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects a game round, phfun.com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phfun.com is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phfun.com reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phfun.com. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;

• Using phfun.com for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfun.com staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using phfun.com from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phfun.com solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phfun.com content.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of phfun.com's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 phfun.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials, or interruption of service.

10.3 In no event shall phfun.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfun.com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

12. Amendments to These Terms

13.3 In the event of any dispute between you and phfun.com arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfun.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
